ABOUT Me
I’m Holly Becker - the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of decor8 for over 18 years. I’m an American author living in Germany with four best-selling design books translated into 20 languages. Beyond managing decor8, I’m an interior and concept designer, online course creator, keynote speaker and moderator, and a consultant for creative brands and entrepreneurs eager to make a meaningful impact.
Based in Hannover, my work primarily spans across Europe and the United States, shaping brands and spaces while motivating and inspiring minds. With a prolific career, I've penned over 4,000 blog posts, attracting over 1.5 million readers at the peak of my blogging journey and sold nearly half a million copies of my books.
From its inception, my blog decor8 evolved into a multifaceted platform, spawning four books, HOLLY magazine, the HELLO HOLLY podcast, bespoke interior products, immersive events, workshops, and sought-after online courses.
